Digital Marketing Specialist

You’ll work with clients from North America, Europe, Australia, and Asia. You’ll help bring ideas to life for a global audience, with each project offering a chance to grow and gain new experience.

In this role, you will:

Campaign Development and Management:
  • Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns across digital channels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and refine campaign ideas.
  • Manage and maintain a campaign calendar to ensure timely execution.
Digital Marketing Strategy:
  • Plan and implement digital strategies including SEO, SEM, email, and display ads.
  • Monitor digital campaigns using analytics tools and adjust for performance.
  • Apply data-driven insights to improve campaign reach, engagement, and conversion.
Social Media Management:
  • Create and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence.
  • Monitor platforms, engage with the audience, and manage community interactions.
  • Analyze social metrics and adjust strategies to meet engagement goals.
Brand Development:
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital marketing materials.
  • Maintain and update brand guidelines as needed.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and brand growth opportunities.
Collaboration and Communication:
  • Coordinate with sales, product, and customer service teams to align marketing goals.
  • Effectively communicate marketing plans, timelines, and outcomes with stakeholders.
  • Support external collaborations with partners, influencers, or vendors as needed.
Market Research and Analysis:
  • Research customer behavior, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Use insights to refine marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Support positioning efforts to enhance the brand’s competitive edge.
Performance Reporting:
  • Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Recommend improvements based on analytical findings and key metrics.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in digital marketing, with proven success in running digital campaigns and managing online content.
  • Soft Skills: 
    • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Hard Skills: 
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
    • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
    • Familiarity with website management (WordPress, CMS).
    • Strong grasp of data analysis for campaign performance and optimization.
