Project Manager
What are we looking for:
Carisle Media is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering various projects for our clients.
In addition, the ideal candidate should have a strong background in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. They should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure that the projects are completed on time, within budget, and with high quality.
In this role, you will:
Project Planning:
- Define the scope, objectives, and deliverables of each project in collaboration with the client and the project team.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Project Execution:
- Monitor and control the project progress, quality, and performance according to the project plan.
- Communicate effectively with the client and the project team on the project status, expectations, and feedback.
- Manage changes and adjustments to the project scope, schedule, and budget as needed.
Project Delivery:
- Ensure that the project deliverables meet the client’s requirements and expectations.
- Coordinate the project closure, handover, and evaluation processes.
- Document and share the project lessons learned and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with a successful track record of delivering various types of projects.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results.

- Organizational skills: must be able to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Analytical skills: must be able to analyze the project data, metrics, and feedback to measure the project performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Communication skills: must communicate clearly and professionally with the client and the project team, both verbally and in writing.
- Leadership skills: must lead, motivate, and inspire the project team to achieve the project goals and objectives.
- Negotiation skills: must be able to negotiate with the client and the project team on the project scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables.
